EGG TARTS! the last time i had such nice tarts was from TIONG BAHRU but it's so far... then now i realise TAMPINES also have!!! hee...thought TIONG BAHRU nicer la. but the tampines 1 also ok, better than usual... then me, joy and ting ting bought a lot.. haha the auntie must be glad that she waited for us... we were there about 9pm if i never rmb wrongly. lol. she said she waiting for us coz i say i will come back later to buy after we have our dinner at s11. i didn't expect her there at 9pm actually. so in total we bought 20 egg tarts from her!!!1 whole tray!! and she give us free egg tarts and bun ( bo luo bao ?? )next time must go and buy later then gt more free items. lol...
i think she was shocked we bought so much then she ask if we working or studying, then y studying so rich can buy so many? hmmmm which make me think that their generation feel we rich, spend alot, then we think our younger generation spend even more .. so in general the younger u are now, the more u spend?? as in terms of age and $ ratio thing. haha....
it should be a happy event buying egg tarts for my family to eat....
but guess what? when i woke up in the afternoon today, i ask my parents if they tried it? this was the response:
MUM: i havent eat, later then eat, i eat bread 1st. or we can eat tml ah!
and dad didnt even want to eat after he smell it....
ME: i bought it ytd and need to finish today actually, if not then nt as nice already...
DAD: i will eat it later....
MUM: it's ok to keep until tml de... anyway 4 only can finish de la...or u want u eat lo...
ME: i buy for u all to eat de leh.. haiz...
haiz. maybe i should not have insisted they finish it today. but 1 thing, i was shock la, usually buy food back they will eat it up fast.. today egg tarts response just isn't good i guess...
or maybe mum just feel that tml eat also ok de. maybe it really is ok. but i just like it fresh, in fact given a choice i don't like it to be kept overnight too..
prefer it fresh.... of coz, that's for me la. not every1...
